Lourdes Esther Huanca is a national leader and current President of the National Federation of Native Indigenous Artisan Peasant Women and Wage Earners of Peru FENMUCARINAP. Lourdes defines herself as a Feminist, Peasant, Popular, Rebel and Political Lesbian. Her practical training and experience in social organizations have allowed him to build a project of life characterized by ethics, respecting equality of gender, the sexual diversity of people, the principles of fight, and valuing the dignified treatment towards others. this trajectory that nourishes her with wisdom and experience, allows her to meet goals and new challenges, thus founding in 2006 the FENMUCARINAP together with other national leaders, and expanding its bases to 24 regions of Peru and achieving national recognition of the organization.
